The institution is designed as tradiational school with monastic as well as modern education to cater to the academic education as part of the institution. It is be a boarding school with monastic centre for all the social and religious functions in line of Gurukul system. It will have two departments namely the modern education and monastic education on board level. The two departments will have clear defined goals and functions. The education pattern is designed keeping in view the culture and the latest developments in the field of modern education. The students study in the background of the village economy and culture. The object is that the children do not forget their cultural roots. After the education, the children should be in a position to fil and identify a place for themself in the society. The childrens education is in constant interaction with the village community. The institution will have a centre for cultural research and performance, which will undertake research und documentation on the culture of the people and preserve and promote the folk songs dand dances. „Loss of culture is loss of identity is the guiding principle. It will also organize and be the central focus for all the festivals of the place where the children will participate. This concept of learning is felt necessary concidering the present trend in education and development.
